Sefton Wonder

Appearance a little like Golden Wonder, but paler in colour and with a more round shape. Uncommon.

Second early, cream coloured skin, white flesh. Iain Barbour of JBA Seeds says that it is a mutation from a variety called Great Scot.

Extremely good flavour; floury when cooked, good texture; great for frying. If boiled, the skin is quite thick.

Grows well in containers.
