Malus 'Purple Wave'
I don't know much about this one, but the apples are small and nondescript - this is an attractive ornamental crab.

Attractive red blossom which lasts about a fortnight; crab-apple size redfleshed fruit similar to m. soulardii in appearance; not unduly acidic but not very noteworthy either. It is a worthwhile ornamental tree, with a pronounced bronze tint to the leaves.
