Funeral Service for David Deacon

This is the text of the funeral service for David Deacon, inventor, engineer, father, great-grandfather, clockmaker, and husband of Cecelia Deacon. It is not a recording of the service but a read-through of the text, along with the music which was played. The service: 17 August 2020 at Hinckley, Leicestershire.
The music consisted of a song by Etta James and four pieces of music played by Nigel Deacon on the piano, one of them written in September 2019 for his father.
