This is a relatively recent orchard, and some replanting has taken place so the precise tree locations are not known.
The varieties, according to the planting plan, are:

Spartan, Ellison, Howgate, Peasgood Nonesuch, Beauty of Bath,
Barnack Orange, Wyken Pippin (not actually Leics but is local), Barnack Beauty (ditto).
'COOKERS' CIRCLE
Bramley, Grenadier, James Grieve, Blenheim, Lanes Prince Albert, Bountiful, Rev. W. Wilks, Arthur Turner, Early Victoria, Lord Derby, Newton Wonder, Charles Ross
'EATERS' CIRCLE
Beauty of Bath, Fiesta, Discovery,, Falstaff, Laxton Superb, Spartan, Ellisons, Greensleeves,Cox Orange, 2 crabs, Winter Gem, Egremont Russet, Sunset, Golden Delicious, Worcester Pearmain.
