Potatoes - Sofin
A very attractive smooth-skinned potato, rather elongated. Yield about 2lb in a 2-gallon tray. No flowers. No problem with blight, but the year I grew it was very dry.

I don't know anything about suppliers for this potato - the seed were given to me by a friend. The flavour is superb and the cooking type a little more floury than waxy; I'd put the dry matter content at about 5 or possibly 6.
