How do I cook a potato?
This isn't a dumb question ....... I've been to
houses where potatoes have been on the menu for forty years, and
the person doing the cooking still hasn't got a clue.....
The main ways of cooking potatoes are boiling, steaming, mashing, frying (lots of ways of doing this), roasting and baking. There are others, but these will do for a start.
So - get your potatoes. Scrub them well and we're ready to begin....
